Anne is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to entering the world of real estate, she worked in the environmental engineering and consulting field as a project manager. Anne is also very involved in the business run by her husband Bruce – Haikola Custom Construction.

Having lived in Austin since 1991, Anne has come to know and love the diverse pockets of neighborhoods found within and surrounding this great metro area. Because of all these influences Anne offers her clients a unique blend of engineering intuition, technical know-how, construction knowledge, and real estate savvy. Anne is a great negotiator and provides excellent customer service. On a local level Anne attends various workshops, seminars, and classes to help stay abreast of the booming growth and development in the Austin area. Additionally Anne takes as many continuing education classes recognized by the National Association of Realtors as she can fit into her schedule. To date she has achieved her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and ePro (Internet Professional) real estate certifications. She is currently working on plans to obtain her CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) real estate certifications as well as someday obtaining her Texas Broker’s license.
