Stacy brings over two decades of expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and operations. She has a proven track record of driving growth, enhancing market capitalization, and managing complex financial strategies across various industries. 

 

Before joining Stratus, Stacy served as a CFO for a publicly traded technical services firm and a global e-commerce manufacturing company. She holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. Stacy oversees the financial operations of the Stratus network, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective forecasting, and alignment with the company’s growth objectives. Her leadership extends to managing financial diligence for mergers and acquisitions, supporting Stratus’s commitment to integrated design excellence.
