Our team, in a joint venture, is leading the $450 million expansion and modernization of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, designed to enhance passenger experience and airport operations while maintaining full functionality throughout construction. The project adds four new gates, expands concession space from 2,128 SF to 28,000 SF, and introduces a new connector bridge allowing seamless movement between Terminals 3 and 4 without re-screening. As part of the expansion, our team designed 50,000 SF of new offices for the Broward County Aviation Department within the international concourse. These offices feature open, light-filled workspaces, multi-use areas, and an interior atrium that supports collaboration, circulation, and comfort. The design prioritizes transparency, daylight access, and low-maintenance materials to create a flexible and productive work environment for the future.
