An accomplished leader, Brandon has extensive experience with the growth and management of organizations, operations, business development, and personnel development. He is a Professional Engineer with a Civil Engineering degree from West Virginia University and an M.S. of Engineering Management degree from Penn State. Specialties include management of complex multidiscipline projects, structural and mechanical design, and strategic account management.
As CEO, Brandon’s focus is on growing Stratus geographically, through operational improvements, and seeking out and acquiring top talent. “Bringing together the talents of four stellar organizations, we have an opportunity to leverage our talent and geographic footprint, to grow our teams providing more opportunities to our employees while improving the communities in which we live.”

Dan Moran is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience leading corporate finance functions, including controllership, risk management, business strategy execution, process improvement, and margin enhancement.
As Chief Financial Officer, Dan is responsible for Stratus’ financial operations and helps strengthen the financial foundation that supports continued growth. He brings a strong track record of creating and implementing short- and long-term business plans, deploying financial systems, directing shared services, and supporting merger and acquisition integrations.

As Chief Operating Officer of Stratus, Paul leads the firm’s operational performance, delivery strategy, and execution across complex infrastructure markets. With a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and integrated service delivery, he ensures consistent, high-quality outcomes across all projects while strengthening collaboration and accountability across teams. His leadership plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, supporting growth, and positioning the firm for long-term success.
Paul brings more than 30 years of experience in public infrastructure, spanning water, transportation, aviation, rail and transit, and program management. He has held senior leadership roles at both privately owned and publicly traded organizations, most recently leading a $500 million revenue business at AtkinsRéalis. At Stratus, he leverages this depth of experience to optimize delivery models, mentor leadership teams, and align operational strategy with the firm’s broader business objectives. Paul is committed to building high-performing teams and delivering impactful, client-focused solutions.

David Mayland

David Mayland brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate development, investment, and strategy across mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and data analytics.
As Chief Development Officer, David leads Stratus’ strategic growth initiatives, including M&A and partnerships. His transaction experience includes buy-side and sell-side M&A, joint ventures, distressed lending, and startup investments across sectors including telecom, consumer, industrial, infrastructure, defense, and financial services.

Lexa Nam is an accomplished accounting executive with over 17 years of progressive experience leading high-performing finance and accounting operations across the public and private sectors. She has deep expertise in technical accounting, GAAP compliance, financial reporting, acquisitions and integrations, ERP implementations, and multi-country regulatory requirements. Lexa is recognized for building and mentoring high-performing teams that consistently achieve strategic and operational objectives.
As Chief Accounting Officer, Lexa leverages her extensive experience to drive operational efficiency, strengthen financial processes, and support Stratus’ growth. “Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building teams and processes that deliver clear, actionable financial insight to drive business success. Jessica Lakomy is an experienced legal and compliance leader with a strong background in regulatory oversight, corporate risk management, and contract governance. As General Counsel, Jessica is responsible for overseeing Stratus’ legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. She provides guidance on contractual matters, mitigates legal risk, and supports the firm’s operational framework through effective governance and policy oversight. She also plays a key role in advancing safety standards, supporting the development and implementation of programs that promote best practices and organizational compliance.
Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from James Madison University.

Grace Perdomo is an architectural and urban designer with over 30 years of extensive expertise leading large scale master planning, civic and mixed-use redevelopment projects, transportation and transit-oriented planning and development projects, and all phases of design including facilities assessments for municipal buildings and transit facilities’ clients across the United States and abroad.
As the Civic Market Director, Grace is committed to sustainable urbanism and resilient city-building with the goal of helping communities implement creatively integrated solutions that support better mobility, environmental stewardship, economic development and social equity community goals. Working in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Grace is skilled at leading and managing the preparation of city-wide master plans, urban redevelopment plans and design criteria for government campuses and for mixed-use projects including housing, retail, civic uses, and public/open spaces, district plans and corridor plans, station area / TOD plans, active transportation plans, streetscape/multi-modal plans and feasibility studies, while managing large multidisciplinary teams.
