The Project Manager reports to the Project Director or Principal of the firm. He or she will direct the project throughout its various phases with the client’s representative and other team members. The Project Manager is an experienced leader and analyst who can define a project, develop a set of tasks to accomplish, coordinate, and monitor the work involved to deliver a final product on time and within prescribed cost constraints.

EDUCATION: Master of Architecture
EXPERIENCE:10 years related experience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of FL Building Codes and construction drawing standards
- Proficiency in BIM/Revit software is essential, along with experience in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in adaptive reuse, building renovation, and expansion required.
- Previous involvement in education projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and highly organized.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
