BRANDON ENOCHS
Chief Executive OfficerAn accomplished leader, Brandon has extensive experience with the growth and management of organizations, operations, business development, and personnel development. He is a Professional Engineer with a Civil Engineering degree from West Virginia University and an M.S. of Engineering Management degree from Penn State. Specialties include management of complex multidiscipline projects, structural and mechanical design, and strategic account management.
As CEO, Brandon’s focus is on growing Stratus geographically, through operational improvements, and seeking out and acquiring top talent. “Bringing together the talents of four stellar organizations, we have an opportunity to leverage our talent and geographic footprint, to grow our teams providing more opportunities to our employees while improving the communities in which we live.”

BOB POLINO
Chief Operating OfficerBob oversees Austin Brockenbrough, a company that is consistently recognized as a Great Place to Work, receives project awards for technical innovation and excellence, and is commended for outstanding financial performance. Bob and the leadership team manage client relationships in the federal, state, and local governments as well as private sector. He leads employee professional development activities and the performance management program for the firm.
Before joining Austin Brockenbrough, Bob served as a Regional Director of Engineering and Infrastructure for a global pharmaceutical company with responsibility for dozens of operational facilities in North and South America. He had governance responsibilities for a capital expenditure budget of over $100 million and an operational expenditure budget of over $500 million.
Bob leads operations for Stratus, with responsibility for market, geographic, and service area growth. He is also responsible for technical project delivery and the quality program of the platform. Charged with integration of Stratus member companies Bob thinks, “Our greatest resource is our extremely talented employees. I am inspired by connecting our talented employees with our clients to help provide solutions to their complex challenges.”

TED WILLIAMS
Chief Financial OfficerTed has over 35 years’ experience as a finance professional in the A/E/C industry. He is an innovative and strategic finance leader with a record of transforming early revenue and growth companies into industry leaders through his expertise in financial accounting and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, modeling and analysis, treasury management, investor relations, and human resources. He is skilled at overseeing and modernizing all internal corporate finance, accounting, and administrative functions. He has a proven ability to work collaboratively with Boards of Directors on mission-critical organizational planning efforts and provide strategic input to spur company growth through mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Stratus as a formational senior leader, Ted was the Chief Financial Officer at Michael Baker International, a top-50 ENR design company. While there, he developed multi-year rolling forecast models, cashflow projections, KPI dashboards and performance-based incentive award programs. He also assisted Executive Leadership in developing a robust Human Capital Management program including talent acquisition, training, succession planning and career path development programs.

TOM FARMAR
Director – Human ResourcesTom is a strategically minded talent leader leveraging data insights to help Stratus companies accelerate growth, acquire the right talent, and develop the future leaders of tomorrow.
He has an extensive background in talent acquisition and talent management, including experience in employee onboarding, leadership development, employee relations, executive coaching, leading teams, and legal compliance. Tom has proven to be an effective and progressive consultant on company culture and organizational development challenges. Additionally, he has demonstrated success in creating, implementing, and executing scalable people strategies that align to organizational goals and deliver key performance indicators.
Tom received his bachelor’s in human resources management from Geneva College and his PHR certification from HRCI. He has been an active member in professional organizations such as SHRM, West PACS and Penn ACE where he served as President.
As Director of Human Resources, Tom is responsible for people operations at Stratus. “What excites me about this role within Stratus is the fact I get to support, develop and grow our most important resource, our people and help to create a culture where everyone is valued, respected and heard.”
