Celebration Pointe Mixed-Use Retail Center

“Our team was asked by Unicorp to reimage and create a new vision of the existing Celebration PatternBook and seek Disney Imagineering’s approval which we did. This effort concluded in an exciting new direction and a unique mid-century modern pattern book that guided the overall developments experiential design.
In addition, our team has provided Design Architect and Architect of Record services for 8 buildings for a total of 99,903 and provided design guidance for the Grocery store and Walgreens.
In the composition, massing, and overall aesthetic, the team reimagined the shopping center into an exciting and dynamic people place utilizing the whimsical kit of parts that the mid century modern has to offer. The period of Mid Century was a time of confidence and aesthetic poetry brought by the United Sates coming out of the WWII and experiencing prosperity.”
