“Partnering with The Haskell Company, we provided design-build and interior design services for the City of Pembroke Pines’ new clubhouse at its only municipal golf course. The structure performs double duty, serving golfers’ needs as well as the community’s social needs. Banquet rooms and a catering kitchen are available for private functions and a sunken lounge/bar area allows scenic views of the golf course. Also included are administrative areas, locker rooms, and restrooms.
In 2018, we were awarded the contract to renovate the entire Clubhouse facility, including Pro Shop, starting with a Feasibility Study, which is currently underway.”
