The over 50,000 square foot Culpeper CTEC facility includes several technical learning spaces and programs, including culinary, building and construction trades, information technology, computer aided drafting, nursing, automotive, cosmetology, and other trades and programs. The facility includes classroom and hands-on learning spaces, complete with an outside area for instruction and use. The facility also includes meeting spaces and collaboration areas where learning and presentations can occur. Last, the facility is complete with a solar array system on the roof, with provides all of the facilities electrical demand needs on a net basis, so the facility is operating as a NetZero electricity facility.
