Our firm designed most model homes in the exclusive gated community of Hollywood Oaks. We were asked to design an extraordinary custom home in the community for owners with a growing family. Following the architectural guidelines we had set for the community, we elaborated on the 18,000 SF two-story home, which includes 12 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, four half-baths, dining room, living room, private family living room, family room, and office space. The home also features upscale amenities such as a playroom, arcade room, gymnasium, media room, swimming pool, and gazebo. A unique feature of this impressive residence is an area devoted specifically for a synagogue.
