The master plan developed for Our Lady of Lourdes Academy was a result of the process based on the core beliefs and premise of the school community and included an assessment of the current and future needs of the School as well as the overall campus. Our team’s mission is to create a vision that will enrich the educational, functional, physical and spiritual development of the major portions of the campus. Our approach includes providing OLLA with a new ecology of collaborative learning by incorporating a 21st century pedagogy. The Master Plan included the renovation and expansion to the cafetorium, a renovated counseling center, and renovated restrooms. The Master Plan also includes the future addition of learning studios, huddle rooms, collaboratoriums, a technology hub, cyber cafes, wonderment centers, sustainability, and a rebranded “grotto.” The proposed improvements to the facilities will maximize learning opportunities while minimizing disruption to the existing, operating school during construction.
