Our team provided architectural and engineering services, including schematic design and construction administration, for phases 1, 2, and 3 of a new student housing project. This project consists of three 8-story buildings with 627 units and 1,817 beds, featuring seven different unit types, surface parking, and ground-floor podium parking. We have planned for a 7,000 square foot leasing office and clubhouse/ fitness area, a maximum of three housing unit types, and a second floor outdoor amenity deck.
