In this role, Moran will oversee the financial operations of Stratus, ensuring robust financial reporting, targeted financial forecasting, and alignment with the Company’s growth objectives. He will also lead financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, supporting Stratus’s vision of delivering integrated design excellence.
Moran is a seasoned finance executive with more than 35 years of experience leading corporate finance functions, including controllership, risk management, business strategy execution, process improvement, and margin enhancement. He brings a strong track record of developing and implementing short- and long-term business plans, deploying financial systems, directing shared services, and supporting mergers and acquisitions integrations. His experience working closely with boards of directors, financial institutions, and professional advisors provides a valuable perspective as Stratus continues to expand.
