In this role, Lakomy will establish and lead Stratus’ first dedicated in-house legal function, providing strategic legal, compliance, and risk management support to the Company’s growing and increasingly complex organization. Her responsibilities include oversight of regulatory and professional compliance, firmwide licensing, contract review and governance, legal risk monitoring, and support of safety policies, programs, and training initiatives.
Lakomy brings more than 15 years of progressive experience spanning legal, compliance, operations, and safety leadership. Her career reflects a cross‑functional approach to supporting professional services organizations, with experience guiding leadership teams, strengthening internal controls, and supporting operational consistency as organizations expand in scale and complexity.
