This marks the Company’s fourth consecutive year on the list and reflects the strong momentum Stratus continues to build across its national organization.
The past year has been defined by strong performance and accelerating momentum across the firm. In July 2025, seven legacy firms formally united under the Stratus brand, representing a major milestone in the Company’s evolution. This transition reinforced a shift toward operating as one firm, aligning how teams collaborate, deliver work, and support clients across geographies.
Stratus continued to expand through a series of strategic acquisitions, including Blue Ridge Environmental Consultants (BREC), Engineering Strategies, Inc. (ESI), Kilian Engineering, Inc., E.A.
