Continuation of improvements to Preston Library, including many improvements to the exterior building envelope. A change in the current outdated centralized HVAC system to one tgar will separate the archives frin the central plant, ensuring better temperature and humidity control. Increased fire detection and protection systems linked to the central alarm system are also required. Space needs dictate expansion of the Archives. Expansion to Preston Library Stacks on the 100 level.
